1. How do you claim to serve small, medium & large resources in any industry and any expertise?

2. How do you fill the desired services for large entities?
We outsource part of our deliverables and manage the outsourced deliverables within tight constraints of budget and time. As a result, we can handle significant loads that would otherwise not be doable by most small and medium businesses.
3. What are your references?
Our credentials and deliverables are our references. We do not ask that our clients give us kudos and commendations and we do not solicit recommendations from any of our clients unless required to do so.
4. How do we come together?
To become a client, you must contact us with a brief description of your company’s issue. We will schedule a face-to-face meeting or a telephone interview with one of our partners (or affiliated members). We do not enroll our clients on-line. The potential fit with each client is carefully evaluated through extensive personal contact.
5. How much does it cost?
We provide two to four hours of free consultation with business owners who are serious about the support they need. Within this amount of exclusively devoted time, one of our experts will be able to quickly match our capabilities with the requested support and provide you with a standard business support contract which must be paid monthly in advance of any services.
The cost for our services is based on the particulars of the clients’ needs. We can bill on an hourly basis or on a project basis. We work off-premises and visit the client premises and/or client’s customers when required to do so.
Typically the hourly charges for systems engineering and technical work are billed at $200 per hour and our business advisory services are billed at $250 per hour.
All advisory services are handled through the standard Business Support Program (BSP), which requires that our senior professionals dedicate 4 hours per week to support the needs of the client and make sure that their calendars. Based on a 4-hour per week commitment, our services cost no more than $4,000 per month, which must be paid monthly in advance. Each BSP can be cancelled any time and we return any and all unused portions of the time that has been paid for.
6. What resources do you use for research?
We use every known public and specialized business and industry sources. These include:
Subscribed resources such as newspapers, business and technical journals, magazines, blogs. These include among others the following: Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, Conde Nast Portfolio, Fortune, Business Week, Fast Company, IEEE Spectrum and other specific IEEE Journals
SEC, Hoover, Edgar, Reference USA, Dun & Bradstreet and other resources
Marketing and business data from filings by leading companies in the relevant SIC/NAIC codes.

7. What expertise do you have in-house?
We have over 50 years of experience in all network topologies, access media (such as: wireless, cable, Ethernet, fiber-optic and twisted-pair) and deployments in voice, data & video communications. In addition, we have over 20 years of experience in semiconductor technology, algorithms, parallel processing and in research.
8. How many people work in your company
The founders are the only two full time employees in our company. We work very closely with partners located in AZ, CA, CT, FL, MA, NC, NJ, NY and TX in the US and many entities in UK, Germany, Israel and India. Our software developers are based in Lithuania, Belarus and India.
9. How do I find the status of my project?
Apart from the ongoing personal conversations, we will send you monthly reports on the progress. We send friendly reminders to ensure critical tasks have been handled in a timely manner and to identify road-blocks early enough to eliminate or contain them. If you need it more frequent than that, all you have to do is request it of us and we could send you weekly reports for a fee of $9.95 per report.
10. Can we help you raise funds?
We can help you maximize your probability of getting funded through a review, and if needed, we will help you prepare the documentation necessary like a business plan and presentation materials. We can locate funding sources and help you present your company and its needs and use of funds.
However, we cannot guarantee results, as every lending source has strict requirements on their funds and will seek both personal and business information for all major partners in the company before they render their decision to fund your company.
Our likely lending partners include many major players on Wall Street and other private sources such as: Millennium Funding, Sun Capital, Capstone Capital Group, Citadel World and high net worth individuals.
11. Can we help you run your business more efficiently?
Yes. This is our specialty. We will help you identify the trouble spots, and propose practical solutions to get your business running smoothly.
12. Can we help you generate more free time?
Yes. This is the main benefit of optimizing and getting your business running efficiently. You can work less, or you can produce more with the same or even lesser effort.
13. Are we expensive?
No. We are advisors and consultants who provide you flexible support on an hours-per-month basis. All money goes into specific and specialized advisory resources under the contract you sign. You never have to pay for office space, employee benefits and other expenses that you normally would pay. We can support you with special skills for less than the cost of a secretary.
14. Can we provide services such as market analyses, custom engineering analyses, and trade studies, and specification documentation?
Yes. This service can be provided on an hourly or job basis. We can even help you with the technical side of patent applications (Note: all information between us is confidential and protected by Nondisclosure Agreements).
15. Can we help you exit your business if necessary?
Yes. If for personal or other reasons, you want to exit your business, we can help you package your business and even help locate people who would be interested in purchasing the business provided it is a viable one and suitable for their needs. Again, we cannot guarantee that your business will be sold, however, we can make sure that the details of the assets and the value of the business is assessed correctly.
16. What is our Cancellation and Refund policy?
All services may be cancelled at any time with a written notice, however we require an advance notice of 40-hours or 5-business days to ensure that we can close down any work in progress in an orderly manner. We will gladly refund all unused portions of payments that have been made. Please know that we collect monthly advance payments for advisory services and invoice all technical services as completed on a monthly basis.
